    Office Manager - Accounting, HR, Admin

      Role and Responsibilities

    Plonka Interactive is looking for an office manager who can support our accounting, human resource and admin needs in a high-tech environment. You need to be well organized and be able to move the company forward.

      Accounting Tasks

    • Manage monthly bookkeeping, bank account reconciliation, Quickbooks reporting
    • Approve project plans and work orders, prepare invoices
    • Manage payables, vendors and online accounts
    • Produce P&L monthly, work with our CPA for payroll reports

      HR & Administration Tasks

    • Provide management oversight of Human Resource policies and procedures, including consistent communication
    • Work with president to define company needs
    • Administer HR programs such as Health Insurance & payroll
    • Accomplish recruiting, manage interviews and hiring process
    • Immigration paperwork coordination with attorney
    • Employee onboarding
    • Benefits administration

      Desired Skills & Experience

    • Positive upbeat outlook
    • Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Outlook
    • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years direct experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across all departments and all levels
    • Knowledge of HR related laws and procedures
    • Demonstrated interest in Technology, Internet and/or Media/Advertising is a plus
